Grosvenor International was founded in 1979 and offers a bespoke property service for sales, rentals and acquisitions at the top end of the Central London market, as well as on the International market.

The London office is staffed by a close–knit team of discreet and experienced professionals with a rigorous hands–on entrepreneurial approach, and offers a sophisticated understanding and knowledge of market trends. Care is taken to pay particular attention to clients' personal requirements. Because the company has remained intentionally small, it is particularly suited to, and specialises in, quality properties.

Grosvenor International has brokers in New York, Los Angeles, Geneva, Tuscany and France and has also established links in Portugal and Spain.
As company policy Grosvenor International frequently works in conjunction with sub agents. This results in our property register attracting the broadest market coverage in relation to both sales and rentals, whilst at the same time providing the personal attention required by most clients in the upper price ranges.

The charges of Grosvenor International are standard but the service is superior. The most expensive constituent in our marketing budget is time spent on behalf of clients, which is given generously by all of us at Grosvenor International. When essential, our negotiators will attend appointments from 7am to 11pm. However, where possible, appointments are kept to normal office hours. The telephone system is manned 24 hours a day by people, not machines. We endeavour to tailor the marketing programme to suit each client or property individually.

charged at 2% – 2.5% plus VAT usually at 2.5% – 3% plus VAT 10% plus VAT of the total rent received and, when required, full management can be arranged, usually as an extra depending on the level of service. Our negotiators always discuss the fees and marketing programme when establishing the instruction, so that there are no unwelcome surprises.
